We aim, where possible, to use sustainable coffee beans from plantations that are good to their community and to the environment. While some of the plantations we work with haven’t received a global certification, we’ve worked with them for many years, buying some of the world’s finest beans. Our chosen certification organization is the Rainforest Alliance (RFA) who provides certification to farms who are good to their people, the planet and local community.
