Filtered water is preferred for a better flavour and to reduce scale build up
- Using fresh custom ground coffee will produce a better cup of coffee
- Allow one rounded dessert spoon of ground coffee per cup of water
- Filter coffee is at its best as soon as you brew it. As it sits on the heat it will begin to stew, deteriorating in flavour and becoming bitter.
- Always clean your equipment thoroughly - it is an old wives tale that
build up adds to the flavour!
- Warming cups with hot water will keep your coffee hotter longer.
