Please ensure you add delivery charges to your shopping cart. All orders within Australia attract a flat rate of $11.50. Inquiries regarding delivery charges on international orders can be directed to . Orders placed without delivery charges will not be processed.

Once an order has been through the checkout it cannot be altered. Please take care to choose correctly when placing your order. Merlo accepts no responsibility where items are chosen incorrectly. Cancelled orders attract a $30 cancellation fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Merlo Coffee, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will happily replace it free of charge.

Merlo Coffee has the right to withhold any orders relating to fraudulent activities.
